  I have been a T Mobil customer for over twenty years, (since the VoiceStream days). My usual phone failed, and I went in and told the clerks that I needed to buy a temporary phone to use until I repaired my phone. Bought the lowest cost phone they had. The Alcatel flip phone. After buying it, I said that I needed my contacts (stored on my old SIM card), and was told it was not possible. After being assured that the phone would be ready to go when I left the store, I found out that they did not activate the new SIM card to my account, (I wanted to just use my existing SIM card, but was told I could not). They did not activate my phone as they said they would do. I tried to return the 100$ phone an hour later, and they wanted to charge me 50$ restocking fee. I will be throwing the crappy phone away, and going with a different carrier. Way to lose a loyal 20 + year customer!
