Having been there that afternoon, I can tell you that the employee was doing his absolute best at helping everyone. He was nothing but kind and courteous and in helping me figure out my problem. I had no issue waiting the hour it took for him to finish with his previous customer. I have no problem recommending this store for anyone who wants a kind, knowledgeable, and professional atmosphere.
